investED is a large-scale, multi-faceted 3-year capacity building programme that aims to enhance the capital market knowledge of 9,000 students, creating job opportunities for 600 graduates at the end of the program.

Additionally, up to 2,400 graduates can benefit from our structured certification program, known as the Foundation Programme.
Leadership Programme

The investED Programme consists of a month-long comprehensive and interactive formal learning followed by a formal learning followed by a 6- month on-the-job training with the respective investED partners within the capital market industry.

Foundation Programme

The Foundation programme offers three certification options. Participants can choose either certification based on their preference.

Participate in entire selection process for the Leadership Programme and attend ALL steps as required.

Complete all homework & assignments and attend all check-ins as required.
Complete the 7 months programme.

Trainees are required to serve the placement company for up to 1 years or the service bond period, as agreed with the company.

The Securities Commission
Malaysia (SC) recognizes the
need to create greater awareness of the wide range of career opportunities available in the capital market industry. investED Programme aims to build capacity and knowledge on capital market and leadership skills among trainees, offering job placement opportunities for high-performing graduates. The initiative includes Career Talks and Career Fairs, a structured self-learning certification programme, and the investED Programme.

invested consists of a 1 month comprehensive and interactive formal learning, followed by a 6-month on-the-job training with the respective investED partners within the capital market industry.

investED trainees will not only be able to kickstart their careers in the capital market, but will also receive a monthly allowance of RM2,000 during their 1-month formal learning and a monthly allowance of at least RM2,400 during their 6-months on-the-job placement.

Subject to satisfactory job performance, trainees will be offered a permanent position
with the Placement Company that they are attached to, either upon completion of their 6-months on-the-job placement or earlier.

The investED Leadership Programme is a full-time training programme. During the 1-month Leadership Programme formal learning, class begins from 9 am – 5pm on weekdays.

Yes, as long as you meet our selection criteria and have completed your studies/exams and/or internship by the time the investED Leadership Programme commences on 1 August 2024.

“The investED Leadership Programme consists of a month-long comprehensive and interactive formal learning followed by a formal learning followed by a 6- month on-the-job training with the respective investED partners within the capital market industry. Under this programme, trainees can be paid a monthly stipend of RM2,400 per month during their job placement. The investED Foundation programme offers two certification options. Participants can choose either certification based on their preference. These certifications are: e-Familiarisation Programme for Marketing Representatives (e- FPMR) or Certified Capital Market Professional (CCMP) – Compliance 1.”
investED does not charge any fees. In fact, the investED Leadership Programme trainees will receive RM2,000 during the Leadership Programme and thereafter a minimum of RM2,400/month during the 6-month on-the-job placement.
For Leadership Programme, the one-month training will focus on familiarisation of the capital market and its ecosystem, self/interpersonal development as well as leadership skills. There will also be 2 interval check-ins during the 6 months job placement. During placement, the host company is expected to provide hands-on experiences that are intellectually stimulating, and challenging for the trainee which also may include technical knowledge, leadership values, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
The investED Leadership Programme training will be conducted in the Asia School of Business in Kuala Lumpur.
Your job offer can be either a permanent or contract job; depending on the type of vacancy(ies) available in your Placement Company at the point of absorption.
